What we're looking for

Previous retail experience, ideally within a team leader, senior sales or supervisory role
Confidence taking responsibility for opening, closing and supporting shifts
Strong communication skills and a naturally customer-focused approach
A genuine interest in fashion, retail and product
Good organisation and attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and key trading periods

The role

Role: Team Leader - ARNE | Six-Month Fixed-Term / Part Time Contract

What you'll do

Opening and closing the store safely and ensuring it is ready for trade
Supporting daily operations, including stock, replenishment and visual merchandising
Delivering an engaging, personal and knowledgeable customer experience
Helping the team achieve sales goals and key performance indicators
Supporting and guiding newer colleagues on shift
Taking ownership of shift-related issues when managers are unavailable
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation

How you'll work

Location: WESTFIELD, Stratford, London

Contract: PART TIME, six-month fixed-term contract

Start Date: ASAP - Opens Mid October
