The role

Your new role

Behind every successful repair, every completed job, and every great customer experience is a team making sure the details are taken care of.

At Abri, we're looking for a Homecare Support Administrator to join our busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves organisation, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be right at the heart of our operation, supporting colleagues across Homecare and working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams. From helping manage repairs and work queues, to coordinating information, producing reports and supporting team meetings, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver a great service to our customers.

This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.

What you'll bring

You'll be someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You're naturally organised, have a keen eye for detail and are confident managing multiple priorities without losing sight of what matters most.

You'll love working with people and building positive relationships, whether that's supporting colleagues, speaking with customers, or working alongside contractors and suppliers. You'll be comfortable using a range of systems, keeping information accurate and up to date, and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.

With experience in an administrative, coordination or support role, you'll understand the importance of great service, strong communication and teamwork. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to doing the right thing, supporting others and making a positive difference for our customers every day.

What's in it for you?

At Abri, you'll be part of an organisation that's making a real difference to people and communities. You'll join a supportive team where your contribution is valued, your development is encouraged, and you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career.

If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting colleagues, and making a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

Come and help us keep Homecare moving.

Who we are

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We're investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We're delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it's needed most
  • We're investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we're re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
