Every role here states in its advert that the client has assessed it as outside IR35. You can work through your own limited company and invoice the client or agency, and the day rate is usually what you invoice.

We read the determination from the advert itself. Where an advert doesn't say, it isn't listed here, but it stays in the contracting hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which outside ir35 contracts are open now?
This page lists 294 live outside ir35 contracts at 29 employers and agencies, including Advanced Resource Managers, Carrington West, Adecco UK, Harnham and io Associates.
What do inside and outside IR35 mean?
IR35 is the UK rule that decides whether a contractor working through their own limited company is taxed like an employee. Outside IR35, you invoice through your company and pay its taxes. Inside IR35, tax and National Insurance are deducted as for an employee, usually through an umbrella company. The client makes the determination, and we show it only when the advert states it.
Why do some contracts not name the client?
Most UK contracts are placed by recruitment agencies, which often keep the client's name back until you apply. We list an agency's contract roles under the agency's name, and leave its permanent roles out of hire.moi.
