The role
This is an exciting opportunity to head up the Rental Team at our busy site in Snodland. We have a strong team here who support each other to reach their full potential
Your role as a Rental Manager is about supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and promptly. The Rental Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents and Yard Controller. We all have a part to play!
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budget and KPIs. Adept at giving coaching, guidance and support to their team to ensure an industry leading customer experience. Accountable for leading and motivating the team to ensure all daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with Company policy and procedures.
