The role

At ZIGUP, we're building more than just a workplace; we're creating a culture where people feel supported, included and empowered to grow. As a Health, Safety & Environment Business Partner, you'll play a visible and influential role in a large, diverse and fast-moving organisation, working with operational teams and senior leaders to drive positive safety, environmental and wellbeing outcomes across the Group.

What you'll do

This is a varied, field-based role where you'll provide practical, professional and commercially aware HSE advice across a wide range of operational environments. You'll work closely with colleagues at all levels, providing guidance, coaching and assurance to help the business manage risk effectively, maintain compliance and continuously improve.

You'll support the development of a positive HSE culture by engaging colleagues, influencing behaviours and helping operational teams turn legislation, policies and risk assessments into practical solutions. From carrying out site inspections and audits to investigating incidents, analysing trends and delivering training, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference across the Group.

But this role is about more than compliance. You'll build trusted relationships with managers, colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders, using your expertise and sound judgement to identify opportunities for improvement and help create safer, more sustainable working environments.

How you'll work
