Mobile Service Engineer

• Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the Midlands.
• Deliver efficient, high-standard repairs while strictly adhering to all safety protocols at all times.
• Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines.
• Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems.
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the Midlands.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
