It's such an exciting time to join The Leather Bottle, we are a fantastic local community pub with a HUGE beer garden (it's the biggest in South West London).
Our team sits at the heart of everything we do at The Leather Bottle. We LOVE training people up to become the managers of the future in Young's, we are also super proud of our food and are always developing our kitchen teams and our menus.
We are friendly, and fun and absolutely love an Instagram reel!
Come join Rhys and his team at the best pub in Earlsfield

As the successful member of our Bar team you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You'll get lots of training, learn about all our products & have a good time along the way.

Thanks for your interest in working with Youngs. If you'd like to be part of our team, then
