We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our story at The Teller's Arms. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.

Our vision? To be a living room for the community - a welcoming, down-to-earth space where people feel at home, enjoy great drinks, nostalgic food, and experience genuine hospitality every time they walk through the door.

Located on Farnham's Castle Street, our stunning historic former bank building features 9 boutique bedrooms, a semi-private dining space, and a breath-taking rooftop terrace.

What's On Your Plate:

• Staying Cool: Lead front-of-house operations with confidence, clarity, and calm, ensuring seamless service across our bustling pub, dining spaces, and boutique rooms.
• Ownership:Take pride in the details-driving exceptional standards in presentation, stock control, and health & safety.
• Ambition: Work closely with our General Manager to drive sales, promote our stunning rooftop and rooms, and make us Farnham's ultimate go-to destination.
• Camaraderie:Train, mentor, and inspire a passionate team, creating a fun, high-energy environment where everyone can thrive.
• Host with the Most:Be a visible, welcoming presence on the floor, building lasting relationships with locals and visitors alike.
