The role
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the coffee bar and setting the standard for service
- Preparing and serving excellent-quality beverages
- Coaching, training and supporting team members
- Keeping the coffee area clean, stocked and beautifully presented
- Managing stock, equipment and service flow
- Delivering warm, engaging customer experiences
- Supporting the wider team and daily operation
Head Barista
Location: Savill Garden Salary: from £14.50 Contract: Full time

We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee offer and create an outstanding customer experience from the first cup to the last.
