The role

Overview of role:

As a GA, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in crafting high-quality drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is hands-on, energetic, and perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and great service.

What you'll do

Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
Support your fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.

Qualifications

Passion for customer service.
Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
