Job Description

Portico are on the lookout for a Front of House Manager to oversee our small team based at a multi tenanted building in the City.

This is a highly visible role where you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional workplace experience for clients, tenants, and visitors.

As Front of House Manager, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring consistently high service standards while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also take ownership of coordinating lobby events and pop-ups, creating engaging experiences that enhance the workplace environment.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the reception team, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and service-driven culture is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and support the reception team, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the reception operation.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, tenants, service providers, and the wider Portico team.
• Plan and coordinate lobby events, activations, and pop-up experiences.
• Manage team scheduling, annual leave requests, and absence approvals.
• Support the completion of monthly reporting and payroll administration.
• Manage and update the building's social media channels.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond proactively to business needs.
• Ensure all front-of-house services are delivered to the highest standard.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as required.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 7am-4pm, 7.30am-4.30pm, 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £43,178
