Chef de Partie - Genuine Dining

Genuine Dining are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. Working as a Chef de Partie for Genuine Dining will require you to support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Experience in a professional kitchen is essential, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a busy environment, and works well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

• Running and managing your designated section during service
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification
• Supporting junior chefs and helping develop team members
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
• Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures
