We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee offer and create an outstanding customer experience from the first cup to the last.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

Leading the coffee bar and setting the standard for service
Preparing and serving excellent-quality beverages
Coaching and supporting team members
Keeping the coffee area clean, stocked and beautifully presented
Managing stock, displays and service flow
Handling tills and cash accurately
Delivering warm, engaging customer experiences
Supporting the wider team and daily operation
