Salary: £33,000 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250
The role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.
What you'll do
- Assist in performing hands-on production functions.
- Support management and perform supervisory duties when department Supervisor is absent or out of office.
- Ensure quality control, health and safety, PPE and uniform standards are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and support efficient replenishment.
- Identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
In addition to any other duties,as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
