Contracts Support Advisor

As a Contracts Support Advisor, you'll handle key pre-delivery tasks such as pre-fit changes, call-offs, and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. You'll also manage aftercare queries from internal and external contacts and support sub-contractor recruitment to grow our installation network.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Support the Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing and Contract Sales teams.
• Installer recruitment, management, and compliance
• Raising and processing PO's and Invoices from subcontractors
• Administrative tasks relevant to the role
• To carry out pre-fit changes
• Identify opportunity for further growth within the Contract Operations team
