As a Sales Support Specialist based in West Bromwich you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a ledger of customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Writing quotes for customers and chasing them up on these quotes
• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best deal possible for our customers
• Managing customer queries via phone, email and behind the trading counter

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm

And here's what we'd like you to have

• Previous sales or negotiation experience
• To be comfortable managing a ledger of customers
• To be comfortable making outbound calls to customers
• Merchant is experience is desirable, but not essential
