The role

What you'll do

As a Sales Advisor based in Redruth (TR15 3RR), you'll be responsible for:

Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Providing excellent service, establishing strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working with both existing and new customers
Completing general warehouse duties, including picking, and packing orders (which will involve some heavy lifting), organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard
Driving 3.5T van making deliveries to customers in the local area

How you'll work

This is a Full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 5:00PM and every other Saturday morning 08.00AM - 12.00PM.
