What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
- Experience defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
- Experience with customer segmentation, first-party data collection, and progressive profiling.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and consent management.
- Experience translating marketing objectives into technical journey specifications and coordinating delivery teams.
- Strong content judgement, with experience briefing and approving marketing copy and creative assets.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
- Fluency in English.
