General Maintenance Supervisor

As a General Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Erection and signage installation including fire exits and directional signage
• Cutting wood or metal to specific size
• Fixing of Soap Dispensers/Jumbo Toilet roll dispensers/DEBs soap product dispensers onto
  plasterboard and timber walls.
• Construction of temporary walkways/enclosures/Heras fencing
• Maintain the image and presentation of the project. Maintain clear and clean
  access routes, fire escapes and visitor routes throughout the duration of the
  project.
• Installing and maintenance health and safety information board

• Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
• Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
• Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and
  attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability
• Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public.
