Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events

Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred
Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn
Candidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferred

The role

Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times
Assist customers with product selection and application
Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection
Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelines
Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job
Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up
Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT
Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment
Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers
