The role
Join West Coast Motors in Glasgow and become part of a team that keeps communities moving every day. We're looking for professional, customer-focused Bus Drivers who take pride in delivering safe, reliable and friendly service.
At West Coast Motors, you're more than just a driver. You'll be part of a supportive team, receive ongoing training and development, enjoy free travel across the West Coast Motors network and have genuine opportunities to progress your career.
What you'll do
- Safely transport passengers on scheduled local services
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to customers
- Assist passengers with travel information and enquiries
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times
- Accurately process cash and card transactions
How you'll work
Hours: Full Time
Hours per week: Minimum 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
What we're looking for
- A valid PCV driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification (if your CPC has lapsed, we can help you get up to date)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- A commitment to safety and delivering excellent customer service
