The role

We have an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Reconciliation and Resolution Team in reconciling all sales and receipts for our UK and USA showrooms.

Working closely with stores and third party organisations to prevent aged items occurring. Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.

About You

Previous Reconciliation experience
Query resolution
Credit and debit card rules and regulations
IT literate, Excel, Word etc
Self- motivated and proactive
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organisation and planning ability
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent accuracy and detail
