Sous Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Warner Hotels, helping to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As Sous Chef, what will I be doing?

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
• Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
• Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback

What are we looking for?

A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment. You will have the ability to create a culture of support and actively encourages teamwork. You'll be willing to challenge and coach the team if standards aren't meeting required levels, as you're a chef with a passion for great food and service.
