We're looking for an exceptional Bar Team Member to join our friendly team at The Falkland Arms. Whether you're an experienced bartender or have a hospitality background and a passion for people, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our front of house team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, serving drinks, engaging with guests, and helping to create the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the Falkland Arms is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
• Serving a range of drinks, including cask ales, wines, spirits, and soft drinks
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar
• Handling payments and operating the till system
• Supporting colleagues across the pub to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Building product knowledge to confidently recommend drinks to customers

What we're looking for

• A positive and enthusiastic personality
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
