  • A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support
  • Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice
  • Strong communication skills and a values‑led approach

The role

We're seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader who can positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support

What you'll do

In this hands‑on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma‑informed and person‑centred practice. You'll lead by example - coaching colleagues, supporting PBS plans and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves everyday outcomes for the people we support.

How you'll work

Location: Bradwell

Hours: 37.5 hours a week
