Data and Analytics Reporting Placement

What will you be doing?

We are a business built on data so whichever data and analytics reporting role you're matched to, you'll support in delivering the essential insights we need to help us provide the products our customers love.

You'll help build and deliver insight that supports business priorities and informs critical decisions. You'll also get involved in project work and support the wider team across a range of initiatives.

What do you need?

To be successful in this role, you'll need an appetite for learning new skills, picking up new tools and helping to develop the business. Nothing stays still, so a willingness to learn and adapt is important. Logical and critical thinking are a must, along with strong communication skills, as you'll work as part of a team, wider business function and brand.

Our placement is open to any university student who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027. You should be on a sandwich degree which offers a one-year industrial placement.

We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our placement students to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.

What's the assessment process?

Once you have hit the apply button, you will be asked to complete numerical assessment and situational judgement assessments. If you successfully complete these, we will invite you to an online video interview so that we have a chance to get to know a little more about you.

Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks. You will also have a chance to meet some of our managers and current placement students to find out more about the scheme.

This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
