The Standards: Deep cleaning the studios and making sure the gym floor is set to impress, delivering a flawless and hygienic environment for the day ahead.
The Guest Experience: Recognising that our members expect high quality, and playing a direct role in creating a welcoming, polished club.
The Initiative: Spotting issues before they happen and finding practical solutions while working safely and in compliance with company guidelines to protect yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.
