Leisure Club Sales Manager: Village Hotel Aberdeen

We are looking for a commercial leader to drive membership sales at the best leisure club in Aberdeen. Forget the standard corporate pitch. We need someone who knows how to sell, how to lead, and how to create a brilliant atmosphere on the floor.

You do not need a background in gyms or leisure. We are completely open to different experiences. What we actually need is supreme confidence, a natural ability to chat with anyone, and the grit to close deals in a fast-paced environment. If you have the drive, we can teach you the rest.

The Commercial Reality Let's talk about the money. You get a solid basic, but the real draw here is the completely uncapped commission. We operate a brilliantly aggressive stretch target structure. If you are a natural closer who knows how to drive a team, you will comfortably add thousands on top of your basic.

Essentially, once you hit 80% of your joiner target, the bonus kicks in. From there, the commission per joiner escalates sharply in tiers. The more you smash your numbers, the bigger the multiplier. Put simply: hit the targets and you make serious cash.

How You Will Run It We do not micromanage our leaders. You get the autonomy to run your department like your own business. To make this work, here is exactly how you need to sequence your focus:

1. First: Own the floor. You are the energy in the room. Get out there, conduct brilliant one to one sales tours, coach your Membership Advisors, and make sure the daily hustle actually translates into numbers.

2. Second: Manage the pipeline. Hunt down leads, roll out quarterly sales plans, and ensure every single prospect is chased and closed.

3. Third: Protect the margin. Sales are great, but retention keeps the lights on. You will manage the finer details like direct debits, leavers, and arrears to ensure our revenue stays solid.
