We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established team at Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, supporting both our existing Vauxhall business and the introduction of Leapmotor as we expand our franchise offering.

We are offering a basic salary of £31,956.34, plus excellent company benefits.

There is no weekend working for this position - every weekend is your own!

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection. You'll keep customers updated throughout their service or repair, manage expectations, identify additional products and services and ensure they receive an excellent experience.

With Leapmotor joining the site, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across both Vauxhall and Leapmotor, with training and support as the new franchise becomes established.

To be considered, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a car dealership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage priorities, targets and deadlines
