At Vertu Land Rover Taunton, we're growing our Aftersales team and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join us as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our aftersales experience - ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You'll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
• Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
• Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business
