Service Advisor

• Motor trade experience, ideally in a service or aftersales environment
• A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
• Confidence communicating with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
• A proactive approach to targets, time management, and customer care

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for our customers. From booking vehicles in to keeping customers informed and supported throughout their visit, you'll play a vital role in making sure every experience is smooth, professional, and positive.

You'll work closely with our workshop team, ensuring clear communication and building strong, lasting customer relationships.

• Guiding customers through their vehicle service or repair journey
• Using Kerridge to manage bookings, job progress, and customer records
• Identifying and recommending additional products or services where appropriate
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
