Vertu Honda Grantham Bikes is looking to recruit a Motorcycle Technician to join our expanding and award-winning business.

We are offering a salary of up to £37,000, depending on skills and experience, plus an excellent range of company benefits.

As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll spend most of your time in our workshop maintaining new and used motorcycles to the high standards expected within the Honda network. Your responsibilities will include carrying out inspections, servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring motorcycles meet VOSA legislation, and handling and storing parts safely and efficiently.

You'll also be responsible for completing vehicle health checks, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Road testing and fault diagnosis will form an important part of the role.

As a growing business, we are looking for experienced and talented technicians who are passionate about motorcycles and committed to delivering exceptional standards. Franchise experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full Honda manufacturer training will be provided to the successful candidate. An MOT licence would also be beneficial but is not required.

To be considered, you'll need:

• A relevant qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
• A full motorcycle licence
• A strong commitment to customer service and quality workmanship
