Are you a qualified Electrician looking to break into the renewables sector properly, with the backing of a business that is already established, accredited, and growing fast?

We are working with a highly regarded clean energy and electrical contractor based in Surrey, with a strong and expanding footprint across the South East. This business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and wider electrical installations, with a clear focus on workmanship, compliance, and customer satisfaction. They operate with recognised accreditations including NICEIC, MCS, and RECC, and deliver both domestic and commercial projects.

This is an opportunity to join a company that is not standing still. They have a strong pipeline of renewable work, a growing profile in the market, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly. Their offering spans solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and broader electrical services, giving the right person the chance to develop into a well-rounded renewables professional within a business that is clearly investing in its future.

The opportunity

This is not just another installation role. You will be joining a technically capable and forward-thinking team where quality matters, standards are high, and progression is there for the right person.

Whether you already have Solar PV experience or you are a strong qualified Electrician looking to move into renewables, this business can offer the platform, support, and long-term opportunity to take your career to the next level.

The role

You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Solar PV and battery storage systems across domestic and commercial sites, while also supporting wider electrical installation works where required.

Your duties will include:

• Installing and commissioning Solar PV and battery systems
• Carrying out general electrical installation work to a high standard
• Completing testing, certification, and handover documentation
• Working in line with site health and safety standards
• Liaising with project and operational teams
• Supporting high standards of workmanship and customer delivery throughout each project

What we are looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Solar PV experience is desirable, but not essential
• Strong electrical installation background
• Good attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Someone who wants to build a long-term career in renewables

What is on offer

• £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Performance-related bonus
• Company van and fuel card
• Tools, test equipment, laptop, and phone provided
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Travel expenses covered
• Ongoing training and development
• Genuine progression into senior, supervisory, or project-based roles
• Long-term security with a business operating across a growing renewables portfolio

Why this company stands out

The business we are representing has positioned itself as a trusted renewable and electrical specialist across Surrey, Hampshire, and the wider South East, with a reputation built around tailored solutions, quality workmanship, and reliable delivery. Their public positioning places real emphasis on technical quality, transparency, and long-term system performance rather than quick, volume-driven installs, which makes this a strong move for an Electrician who wants to join a company with standards and momentum.

If you are an Electrician who wants more than just another job, and you are serious about building a future in Solar and renewables with a company that is clearly on the rise, we would like to speak with you.
