We're now looking for talented and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing London kitchens. If you love cooking fresh food, thrive in a busy kitchen and want to develop your career with a company that's going places, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

We're after chefs who take pride in what they do, bring great energy to the kitchen and understand that brilliant food comes from brilliant teamwork.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen.

• A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

• Confidence running your own section and delivering consistently high standards.

• The ability to stay organised, calm and focused during busy services.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.

• A positive attitude and willingness to support and develop junior chefs.

• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and wants to keep learning and progressing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of your section and delivering fantastic food every service.

• Preparing and cooking dishes to our high standards, using fresh ingredients.

• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen.

• Helping train and develop junior members of the kitchen team.

• Maintaining excellent food safety, cleanliness and organisation.

• Supporting stock control, food preparation and minimising waste.

• Bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for great food to the kitchen.
