We are striving for excellence in all areas of work at the Academy. We are transforming an Academy as we work towards outstanding performance in all areas, but this journey is not yet complete. We need someone who has the skills, knowledge and passion for improving educational outcomes to help us continue our rapid journey of improvement.

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who has a track record of delivering excellent outcomes from your own classes, and who is able to help others to improve their practice.

Whether you are a current middle leader looking for a new challenge, or an outstanding classroom teacher seeking your first Leadership role, you will play a key part in the Academy's development. As we are growing every year there will be lots of opportunities for promotion and development. You could play a part in leading and shaping the vision and future of our Academy for many years to come.

We offer excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be an experienced teacher with Qualified Teacher Status, who consistently delivers good to outstanding lessons. You will have strong interpersonal skills, sound behaviour management skills and have the highest expectations for what our pupils can achieve. We are committed to supporting your wellbeing.
