Senior People Growth & Experience Expert in Fareham

We are looking for a Senior People Growth & Experience Expert to drive the introduction of the performance and development process in SuccessFactors. This position combines strategic thinking with operational implementation responsibility and ensures the successful implementation of harmonized and compliant performance and development processes at TÜV SÜD worldwide.

You will act as a central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and regional partners and ensure coordinated and successful implementation across all phases, from design to rollout to sustainable use.

• Steering the project and ensuring the implementation of harmonized processes in SuccessFactors in alignment with the global People Growth & Experience strategy
• Responsibility for project documentation, progress tracking, and coordination of workshops
• Validation of work results and preparation for release

• Acting as the central point of contact for regional stakeholders and representing regional priorities in global coordination
• Close cooperation with the regions, other Centers of Excellence, and various subject matter experts to ensure the alignment of global processes

• Promoting end-user preparation, communication, and sustainable use
• Identification of change and communication needs as well as coordination of the creation of training content
• Ensuring effective participation in the testing phases (SIT, UAT) as well as rollout readiness

• Coordination of global rollout activities and consolidation of regional requirements and feedback
• Support in solving problems during the deployment and hypercare phases

• Ensuring clear, standardized processes through compliance with global standards and critically questioning unnecessary individual customizations
• Interface function between People Growth & Experience and IT by aligning functional requirements with technical implementation
• Early involvement of data protection and the works council, if required

• Making operational decisions within the workstream
• Evaluation of change requests and providing recommendations in accordance with global standards and legal requirements
• Steering and monitoring external partners to ensure quality and coordinated implementation

• Sound experience in digital transformation in the HR/People area, process design, or the implementation of large-scale systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional or global project teams
• Experience in managing performance and development processes (e.g., Performance Improvement Planning, 360-degree feedback, mentoring)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions together with IT
• Experience in stakeholder management across different regions and hierarchical levels
• Excellent communication, moderation, and decision-making skills
• Strong focus on standardization, scalability, and user acceptance
