Sales Support is a newly created team within Triple Point's Distribution function, offering the chance to join at the outset and help shape the function. Working alongside Retail Sales, it supports the day-to-day needs of financial advisers and their clients. The team coordinates the processes that support sales execution and ongoing client relationship management, helping to create a joined-up service and better outcomes for our customers.

  • CRM and data administration: Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date CRM and sales intelligence records using agreed processes. Process updates from the Strategic Partnerships and Sales teams, check information for gaps or inconsistencies, and follow up or escalate where clarification is needed.
  • Data quality support: Run routine data quality checks and reports, and help investigate and correct issues. Carry out data remediation, including using third-party cleansing and enrichment tools, and review suggested changes before updating records. Flag recurring problems and provide examples to the Sales Support Manager to inform follow-up with teams and to identify long-term solutions to recurring operational challenges.
  • Systems and change support: Log system issues and user feedback, gather the information needed to explain requests, and help communicate approved CRM changes to relevant teams. Work with Digital and Tech through the agreed process, escalating requests or impacts that need further discussion.
  • Literature administration: Process hard-copy literature requests for financial advisers and events. Coordinate with the Retail Sales team and couriers, track deliveries, and flag delays or stock issues.
  • Process and documentation support: Follow documented daily processes, help document new ones as the function develops, and keep associated records and checklists current. Identify steps that are unclear or causing repeated problems, and share suggestions with the Sales Support Manager.
  • Event and webinar support: Provide practical coordination for events and webinars, including tracking tasks and supplier deadlines, supporting the preparation of briefing documents and follow-up notes, updating campaign data, and arranging the return of materials and equipment.
  • Training and onboarding support: Help new Sales and Client Services team members learn relevant systems and processes by delivering training and practical guidance in line with the agreed onboarding plan. Provide ongoing help and refer more complex questions to the Sales Support Manager.
  • Cross-team coordination: Maintain effective working relationships with Sales, Client Services and other Distribution teams. Share operational feedback, follow up on agreed actions and raise recurring data or process issues with the Sales Support Manager.
  • Priorities and workload: Organise assigned tasks in line with agreed priorities, keep colleagues informed of progress and raise capacity pressures early. Provide hands-on support across the team during busy periods.
