We're looking for a Senior Instructor to cover maternity leave to take the next step in their career. This role combines exceptional coaching with leadership, mentoring and product development responsibilities, providing an opportunity to help shape the future of your concept while supporting the development of the next generation of instructors.

Working alongside the Master Trainer and Head of Group Exercise, you'll play an important role in maintaining world-class coaching standards, developing instructor talent and enhancing the member experience.

You'll continue to deliver outstanding classes while contributing to instructor education, concept development and innovation across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious instructor who wants to broaden their impact beyond the studio and take on greater leadership responsibilities.

This is an employed position based on 32 hours per week across five days. You'll teach approximately 17 classes per week across two Third Space clubs, alongside dedicated administration, development and project time working with the Master Trainer team.

• Deliver exceptional classes that set the standard for coaching excellence across the business.
• Act as a role model for instructors, championing best practice and outstanding member experiences.
• Support instructor development through mentoring, onboarding, education, audits and regular feedback.
• Help identify and develop future instructor talent through auditions and training events.
• Collaborate with the Head of Group Exercise and Master Trainers on concept development, product innovation and new launches.
• Support operational excellence across the concept, including studio standards, instructor cover and presentation.
• Stay connected to industry developments, bringing new ideas, trends and innovations into the business.
• Build strong relationships with members, creating an engaged community and helping drive member retention.
• Represent Third Space at events, launches and activations while helping to grow the profile of the concept.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement across the instructor team
