Head Chef

As a Head Chef at Grosvenor Casinos, you'll play a key leadership role, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dining experiences.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and motivate your team, and maintain health and safety standards to protect both staff and guests.

You'll take ownership of food and beverage service, driving consistency, quality, and operational excellence on every visit - helping us achieve our mission to be the UK's most loved casinos.

Skills & Experience Needed:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.

A solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and analysing stocktake results.

Demonstratable background in innovative menu/design & creation.

Experience of leading a team and building a high performing culture.

Minimum level 3 food safety (either current or expired).

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
