About the company & team
The Berkeley Partnership is an independently owned management consulting firm based in London and New York. For over 30 years, Berkeley has been doing things a little differently for both our clients and our people - working together to show how consulting should be. We work with large, high-profile clients, shaping and delivering complex and transformational change.
We look to hire and develop passionate, talented consultants, giving you the opportunity to grow by helping our clients tackle their most critical challenges, often by working as an integral part of their leadership teams. There's a strong focus on personal and professional development, with a partner to consultant ratio of 1:4. We don't do hierarchy so there are just two levels, Partner and Consultant which fosters a unique collaborative culture across the whole firm. Is Berkeley right for you?
