Native Japanese Concierge Staff

• Japanese: Native level; English: Business level or higher
• Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, concierge, or call center operations
• High communication skills and customer service capabilities
• Problem-solving skills, flexible judgment, and a polite professional attitude
• Skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle them by prioritizing
• Basic operational skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.

• Experience in travel-related bookings and arrangements, such as flights and hotels
• Experience using GDS systems (especially Amadeus)
• Practical experience in concierge, customer support, or the travel industry
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals or high-net-worth clients
• Communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

You will utilize your knowledge, networks, and research skills to respond to the diverse and unique requests of each high-net-worth client.

This is a role where you will deeply understand clients' lifestyles and provide creative yet feasible solutions within deadlines.
Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues around the world to share optimal information and opportunities.

• Respond to client requests within deadlines and propose multiple optimal options
• Conduct thorough hearings to deeply understand clients' lifestyles, preferences, and needs
• Perform research, proposals, and arrangements according to requests to provide experiences that exceed expectations
• Propose even richer lifestyles while staying close to the client's needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
• When handling complaints, collaborate with "Member Satisfaction Ambassadors" to resolve issues promptly

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shift system (those able to work flexibly between 06:00 and 23:00)
• Includes work on weekends and public holidays
