Role Responsibilities

In the role of Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of customer service Swansway Motor Group is known for. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be tasked with:

• Engaging with both inbound and outbound customers to schedule Services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks.
• You will earn bonus via conducting outbound calls to existing customers to book in for service and MOT
• Arranging Service Plans and overseeing various product campaigns
• Proactively reaching out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs
• Collaborating within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences
• Prioritising positive customer journeys in line with Swansway's ethos
