Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

What you'll do

📝The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. It's a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won't be on the move forever though-this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.

Day to day you'll work alongside the store manager to:

Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

🧐About you

How you'll work

📍Location: Designate Role - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location. Base store address: Ards Shopping Centre, Newtownards, County Down BT23 4EU
🕒Hours per Week: 39 hours
🗓️Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
💷Salary: Up to £31,600 per annum
