The role

Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we're looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who will thrive in a busy operational environment to join our Purchase Ledger team within our Account Department at Birchwood Park, Warrington.
In this fast-paced role as a Purchase Ledger you'll manage a high volume of invoices daily, processing through Invoice Data Capture and Automatic Purchase Order Matching Systems.
What you'll do
You will also be responsible for;

Data Capture Verification

Processing Purchase Order matching exceptions

Supplier invoice query resolution using in-house intranet based system

Dealing with internal customer/supplier phone calls and email queries

Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
