Requirements

Experience within the games industry in disciplines such as game design, product management, or live operations.
Strong understanding of the games market, including current market trends, player behaviours, and emerging opportunities.
The ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities, drive product improvements, and measure impact.
A proactive, evidence-based approach to problem solving, with the confidence advocate for recommendations supported by evidence.
Experience managing and prioritising backlogs within a development environment; publishing experience is desirable.
Practical experience applying prioritisation frameworks (e.g., ICE, Jobs to Be Done) to support effective backlog management and decision-making.
Experience combining qualitative and quantitative insights to develop a comprehensive understanding of player behaviours, needs, and motivations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience developing concepts and presenting proposals.
Pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to delivery, balancing business value, user needs, and resource constraints.
