What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you should be available for immediate start and have minimum 1 year experience post Part 2 qualification.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in both Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to produce accurate drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The role
The Role
We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural to join our Architectural department on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position, subject to performance and business requirements.
What you'll do
Feasibility Studies: Undertake feasibility assessments and prepare drawings to establish whether prospective properties meet relevant space standards and project requirements prior to acquisition.
Planning Applications: Prepare and coordinate planning submissions, including Permitted Development and Householder Planning Applications.
Technical Design: Demonstrate technical competency in preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications in accordance with relevant Building Regulations.
Consultant Coordination: Coordinate architectural drawings with structural engineers, M&E consultants and other relevant disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated design.
Project Management: Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously, prioritise competing deadlines and maintain consistent project delivery.
Site queries: Respond to site Requests for Information (RFIs), resolve technical queries and provide architectural support throughout the construction phase.
