This is an opportunity to build on your existing M&A experience, deepen your sector knowledge and take on increasing responsibility within an established and growing advisory team.

What you'll do

  • Support the execution and origination of M&A transactions, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery;
  • Construct sophisticated financial models such as discounted cash flow (DCF) and leveraged buyout (LBO) analyses to accurately value companies, assess operational scenarios, and evaluate capital structures;
  • Prepare detailed and impactful presentation materials designed for client meetings, encompassing strategic alternatives, capital market activities, and corporate finance insights;
  • Participate actively in due diligence procedures and assisting in the drafting and review of transaction-related documentation;
  • Take ownership of marketing and transaction documentation development, collaborating closely with senior team members including Directors and Vice Presidents;
  • Conduct thorough research into industry sectors, geographic markets, and companies to support benchmarking and informed decision-making;
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional deal teams across the bank to leverage expertise and resources;
  • Manage day-to-day project timelines and activities to maintain momentum and meet key deadlines on live transactions.
