Chapter Lead, Lead Scrum Master

Staffworx are hiring for a Chief/Lead Scrum Master for a major online software engineering client.

Chief Scrum Master for full stack digital engineering track

Jome based with occasional office days, 2-3 times month in West Yorkshire, otherwise remote working.

The Role

• Serve as a Chief Scrum Master on cloud based platform programs
• Mentor and coach the team on Agile principles to multiple scrum teams
• Supervise the scrum masters within release train
• Plan and facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies including Program Increment Planning
• Jira/Confluence & Slack experience
• Agile methodology experience in a ci/cd environment

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working in consulting or technology as a Lead Scrum Master
• Has led Scrum Teams within large Agile Transformations

Beneficial

• 2 -5 years of SAFe Agile coaching experience
• SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification
• Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools
