The role
The Waterfront is a spectacular sea-facing pub on West Hoe. Overlooking Plymouth Sound, the contemporary bar and restaurant draws visitors throughout the year to its breathtaking views, exceptional food and drink, and vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
Steeped in maritime history, The Waterfront is a Grade II listed building that's recently been thoughtfully refurbished. You'll be working in a popular destination that's a go-to for locals and visitors alike.
What you'll do
Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you'll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
