• Previous experience in catering in a similar environment is essential.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is a minimum requirement.

Spire Dunedin Hospital in Reading, are seeking a Host and Catering Assistant to join our warm and friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. • Supporting our Catering team in delivering a high standard of service to patients on the wards, including helping with menu choices, serving meals, and ensuring regular refreshments.
• Assisting our Chefs with basic food preparation, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness in our restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, always maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met, with full compliance at all times.
• Respecting patient confidentiality and contributing to a calm, welcoming environment.

*Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, between the hours of 07:00 - 20:30
